Catalan Wine and Cheese Tasting

Wine and cheese tasting with Borja, a sommelier and natural wine producer from Terra Alta. He is a member of the Vins de Quimera project, founded five years ago in Vilalba dels Arcs with the idea of producing honest wines that reflect the land, respect native grape varieties, and, above all, are enjoyable to drink.

In this workshop, we will discover a selection of wines and cheeses from across the Catalan Countries, exploring how their characteristics come together to create balanced and surprising pairings. We will talk about the unique qualities of each product and the territory they come from.
